There are many types of Dental implants the two most well known types are osseointegrated and fibrointegrated although the most successful and commonly used today is the osseointegrated. Dental Implants are basically an artificial tooth root replacement that is used by dental surgeons to support teeth restorations that emulate teeth or a tooth.
